Today begins an important week in our industry: Construction Appreciation Week. This year from September 16-20, people across the nation will stop to do something that doesn’t happen nearly enough: appreciate construction.
As an industry, we are powering our nation. There are more than 11 million construction professionals who work together to complete projects safely. We build roads, schools, businesses, community centers, churches, universities, stadiums, homes, government buildings, bridges, monuments…the list goes on. We literally build the communities we live in, and that’s something we should all be proud of. Together, we’re building Ohio. Together, we’re building America.
