Years in the industry: 17

“BXLX provided an opportunity for me to meet others in the industry and learn how they are facing some of the same challenges in their businesses. The class includes different types of contractors from both large and small companies, giving all of us a chance to experience outlooks and ideas that we might not have been exposed to otherwise .”

The BX Executive Leadership Experience (BXLX) is a nine-month program in which a group of industry professionals are educated and coached by nationally-recognized experts in construction leadership and business development. The Class of 2017 is the sixth year for the program, with 24 executives from BX member firms.

Miami County Bridge Restored by Righter Now a National Historic Landmark!

Constructed in 1860 as the Allen’s Mill Bridge, Eldean Bridge in Miami County, Ohio, is an excellent example of nineteenth-century covered bridge construction and its span is a rare surviving Long truss, a highly significant nineteenth-century timber truss type. Eldean Bridge is the most structurally intact of less than a dozen surviving Long truss covered bridges in the United States.

The Eldean Covered Bridge is the sixth covered bridge to be designated as a National Historic Landmark since 2012. It joins the Humpback Bridge (VA), Knight’s Ferry Bridge (CA), Duck Creek Aqueduct (IN), Brown Bridge (VT), and the Powder Works Bridge (CA) as “nationally significant historic properties of exceptional value to the nation.” Also receiving NHL status at the same time as Eldean is the West Union Bridge in Indiana (1876 Burr arch-truss).

Righter is proud of its role as General Contractor in restoring this important piece of American history!

Since 1976 – 40 years strong!

40-years

I am proud to announce that we have reached another milestone in the history of our company. Earlier this year marked our 40th year in business.

What began as a small operation in a Clintonville basement is now a well-established contractor in Central Ohio. Our company has many achievements and accomplishments, with many notable projects completed in Columbus and around the state. We wish to thank our clients, vendors and stakeholders for their support.   Also, without the support of our excellent Righter team, our success would never have been possible. Each employee plays a very important role in the success of our company. It is their enthusiasm, support and dedication that have brought us this far. Righter shall forever remain indebted to the contributions of its employees – past and present!       –Bradley R. Nadolson, President
