Righter Contributes to New Community Play Place

Righter recently contributed time, equipment, labor and financial resources to assist Columbus Preparatory Academy (CPA), a Westside charter school, in its quest to build a neighborhood playground.  Last November, the school was awarded a challenge grant in the amount of $15,000. The grant had two conditions – the school would need to raise $9,000 in matching funds and the actual playground would need to be built by the community.  On Saturday, May 20, otherwise known as ‘Build Day,’ ground was leveled and the new playground equipment was assembled and installed.

Righter is proud to partner with UPS, The Hollywood Casino, Big Lots and many others in helping CPA make the playground a reality.  Students of CPA asked that the playground be dedicated to missing children — “All Missing Children Come Home and Play.”  As a contributor, a stone recognizing Righter has been placed on the playground.
