New Equipment!

A recent Righter purchase, our new Link-Belt 250, is a smooth operating machine with a high lifting capacity compared to similar-sized excavators in our fleet.  It has nice features such as a rear view camera so the operator can see what is behind the excavator. One of our operators has also commented that it has a more comfortable cab than other excavators we own.  Here at Righter, we are always looking to upgrade and improve our fleet of heavy equipment.Linkbelt

Righter implements AGC of America’s Supervisory Training Program (STP)

AGC STPWe are excited to announce that The Righter Company has launched its own internal training program for our construction site supervisors.  We have adopted a program made available by AGC. The Associated General Contractors of America’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. Supervisory skill—or the lack of it—directly affects every company’s bottom line. The comprehensive 6-course program focuses on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials.  This is another way Righter provides for the professional development of its up and coming field leaders, which benefits us and our clients!
